This website is developed by a group of Stanford researchers to provide food nutrient data and convenient tools for diet analysis. If you are interested in installing any of our nutrition modules at your website, please contact us.
menuELF.com is officially launched in January 2009. It will take us a month or so to deploy the food databases and their analysis tools. Please come back in a couple of weeks if the tools are not yet available.
When you see an animated icon such as one on the left, the interactive tool for nutrient analysis relevant to the article you are reading is available. Click on the icon to use the tool. Currently, only some rudimentary features are implemented. We will continuously upgrade the capabilities of these tools during the coming months.
